Welcome!

I started doing nail art back in 2011 to save myself from a nail biting habit. 

Turns out, it worked!

I started my instagram account in 2015 as “MissTeris_Nails” and quickly transitioned from “habitual nail biter” to “nail polish addict”. 

I got married in December 2019 and rebranded as TeriWellsNails, whom you’ve now come to know me as today. 

The new name has a much better ring to it wink-wink ;-) 

I launched my YouTube channel in January 2020 as a way to showcase nail polish swatches on a darker skin tone and to share my nail art designs with you. 

The Pandemic forced shutdowns, and life as we knew it changed for us all. 

It was during this time that I noticed a couple of problems that many women were facing.

First, they did not know how to do their nails

Second, they were scrambling to figure out what to do with their nails because they could not go to the nail salon.  

I saw an opportunity to serve these women and their needs. 

I began creating press on nails to make sure that women always had beautiful nails, despite their lack of access to a nail salon. 

I live in sunny Florida with my husband, Kelvin and our two guinea pigs, Scar and Sylvester. 

I have two degrees in Animal Science, and I’m currently working on my third!
